[Help] GBA Gameshark & Pokemon Fire Red

Hey guys,

I've recently obtained a GBA GameShark - This one to be precise.

No matter what I've tried, I can't get any codes to work with Pokemon Fire Red. I'm really hoping someone who's experienced or had some luck with this could help me out. I've tried many different codes - I come across different lists with different master codes and I've tried them all to no avail. Any people posting their success are using emulators which doesn't exactly translate well to the real deal. I've got to be missing something but I'm getting to a point where I'm lost and frustrated.

This walkthrough covers the main game in Resident Evil 4. It was written by Mark Ryan Sallee when the first version came out. Separate Ways and Assignment. May 15, 2007  For Resident Evil 4 on the PC, GameFAQs has 66 FAQs (game guides and walkthroughs).

As for getting it to work at all - I've been able to enter and successfully use codes for Pokemon Emerald.

Edit: I've found out it's a player's choice release copy of the game - not sure if that makes a difference but it's something! Microsoft word 7 free download full version.
