How finished is Pokemon Ash Gray?

Looking for the perfect rom hack/fanmade game to play as my very first and I want it to be one I can finish.

I was looking around for some with interesting new features, like Light Platinum for example, when I saw Ash Gray, which tells the story as it's told in the cartoon. Nostalgia trip hit and now I want to play it, but the internet is kinda contradictive about the game being finished.

Keygen for autocad 2015. Anyone who played it and can tell me if it's a 100% finished? And while I'm at it: do you think the annoyance(I assume) of 'only catch what Ash does' overshadows the fun of the episodes being re-created?
